“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“The property itself is amazing. Right on the beach with lots of activities and pools. Never felt too crowded. The rooms are not great. There is very little commodities in the rooms, very small and out dated. You can hear everything from the living room areas. Quite a few extra taxes added on and $25 a day for parking. It is advertised lots of free activities on the resort, but you’re ultimately paying for the activities with all the high charges. Food cost on resort is outrageous- every drink is……

“We take a “staycation” here each summer from Tampa. Great staff! The fact that we see the same servers, bartenders, and front desk staff from year to year speaks volumes about the quality of the organization. They LIKE working here. Great pub food (including wonderful breakfast), great beer selection and creative bartenders (full bar). Don’t even get me started on the pool area with cabanas and full bar. Sit at the ample bar, relax in a chaise. Enjoy! Finally, location, location, location! Walk……
